And then we went to the Vietnamese restaurant in the garage, and I was brave and got the Large Order Of Soup. Which I essentially finished, never mind that the bowl for that has essentially the same cross-sectional area as my abdomen. (Brooks agreed with me on that.)
But the poing-poing-poing is because on the way down there was a song on ZLX, and it sounded like Boston, but it didn't sound like Boston I'd heard before.
This is because it's a new release.

Avenue Victor Hugo, I think its proper name is. It's most readily accessible from the T, as it's right across the street from the Hynes Convention Center stop (B, C, D Green line trains). Basically, get off the train, look for the signs saying "Newbury Street", go out the whirly exit with the bars, cross the street, turn right, and it's about a half-dozen doors down on the left.
Today, Brooks and I did the New England Mobile Book Fair, which is neither mobile nor a book fair, but which is one of the delights of my little existence. That's in Newton, which is, incidentally, right next to Waltham if I'm remembering it right. . . .
