Today's random satisfaction: I feel vindicated in my belief that it was the correct action to quote Buckaroo Banzai at ap by the fact that redbird did the same.

Today's random household task: washed towels.

Today's random philosophical ponder: "Spectators", by the Crüxshadows. Oddly appropriate to something or other. "But I'll make a run at something real and they'll never even try ..."

Today's random WTF: Stormy wants a playlist with more than three songs on it. Waugh. (If I said "Silly puppy" she'd probably get mad ...) Have added "Of Wolf and Man", mostly because it's funny.

Today's random fifth point fnord: iTunes likes this song a lot lately.

Oh, good. I was feeling vaguely "I should have read the other comments first" when I saw that you'd already posted that quote. But it was so apropos.

By the way, someone on my friends list asked if anyone else prayed to Egyptian gods for help with printer problems, and I pointed him at you. If kistaro shows up here, that's why.

I had just watched the movie for the first time when I saw that post, and spent a while vehemently explaining to people that it was the response that had to be made.

Your reply left me with a lot of, "Hah! I was right! Other people think so too!" Which was a brief moment of satisfaction in an otherwise fairly draining evening.
