I cleaned two and a half boxes of stuff out of my office and bought a lamp.

There's the term "profound rest" lurking in the literature about recovery from severe viruses; they're not sure what it means but they are sure it isn't optional.
I suspect this to have more general applicability to recovery; the biochemistry has to believe the stress is gone. And it's not like the Everything has been showing signs of winding down.
