He's about to half his adult length now -- about as long as my arm. I may need to get him a new half-log, since, while this is the first time he's rolled it over, he does tend to curl up in it and sort of inch it up off the ground (I'd been waiting to get a good photo of this snake-going-hermit-crab, but this came up first). :}
Sureness. It's easier when he's in the little log, because he's hard to extract from the big log. Come visit sometime, pet snakie. :) (He retreated to the big log today after tipping over the little one. I suspect he'll be back in the little one soon enough; he likes that end of the tank better in the winter.)
Oh, yeah! They're beautiful! Piglet's sound asleep, curled up in his log right now - he's just the cutest thing! They're stubborn little buggers when it comes to eating, though, aren't they?
