I've got some nice beeswax-based stuff that whispercricket got for me that seems to do reasonably well for my current state of faintly abraded. It's not the nursing that's getting me, it's her occasional tendency to either shake the nipple like a terrier with a new rat or drop it and then rub the area vigorously.

I'm mostly playing Zuma, myself; it only requires one hand. (Not the online version, I got the full version download.)
