Spotted in Seven Stars while I was rewarding myself for making shrink appointment and all at last:

A book entitled Enochian Yoga.

This title wins. I'm not sure what it wins, right now, but it makes me happy and slightly alarmed.

V. tired.

That title frightens me as well. It's making me imagine some kind of scary occult infomercial featuring a fat, balding man in a black robe yelling, "Skry the Aethyrs and align your chakras AT THE SAME TIME! Twice the spiritual development in half the time!"

What it wins is obviously prolonged unhinged fulminations about woe due to people who use inappropriate tech while standing on its head.

1-3 Enoch: apocryphal for good reason.

...that's kind of scary. No, scratch that, that's really scary.

Qabalistic yoga was bad enough. I'm envisioning playing twister with the tablets...

Well, it's basically Tibetan Yogic practices (albeit a bit watered down- tho the renaming of Phowa as "Enochian Death Yoga" should win an award of some sort, IMHO) with the Enochian symbolism and Alphabet replacing the Tibetan stuff.

Cute little book, really. Kinda interesting. Not "authentic" for either tradition, of course, but still kinda interesting in its own way.

Schueler's also written a book called "Enochian Physics", bit I haven't read that one and for the life of me can't even begin to speculate what it might contain...
