The behaviour of an anonymous hypocrite has induced me to no longer permit anonymous posting on my journal, on the basic principle that if people are going to be jerks to me I want to know who the hell they are so I can avoid them in the future.

Life is difficult enough without dealing with the actions of faceless slanderers, even if I have a strong suspicion that I know who they are from analysis of the IP logs.
