This one's been rattling around my friendslist, and I'll play with it. (I haven't done most of the 'ask me a question' type memes because I'm mmmmmassively weird about questions.)

I have a list of LJ interests somewhere south of my mood pie. I hereby invite questions about interests that y'all know nothing about but think sound intriguing or interests y'all do know something about and can't figure out why the hell I have listed. (Alternately, there's asking about one of my LJ-communities.)

So how did you get interested in these two things?

(BTW, I see you had an interesting time on nonfluffypagans lately, and I just had quite the run-in on pagan. Oy, people! I think I need to find something totally innocuous to get into. I wonder if there's Beanie Fish wank? :O)

I suspect both of those interests come from roughly the same place: being interested in where things come from and how they got to where they are. Though dealing with meaning in its raw form has as an additional layer the possibility that it might remotely help me be able to communicate. . .


I would suspect that where there's wanking there are going to be friggin' loons, no matter what the subject is, really. I also had a go 'round with My Favoritest Person On Livejournal recently.
