My Het-Herw head statue arrived today, huzzah, huzzah. Posted to the temple board asking if anyone has any particular thoughts about ritual recognitions of the lunar eclipse tomorrow. (Given my relationship with Set, marking an eclipse somehow seems appropriate to me. We shall see.)

Getting a spam titled "Let us show you which 'lifestyle aid' you need.dogfish" right after opening a small can of the usual 'polyamory isn't my goddamn lifestyle' floor wax & dessert topping appeals to my sense of irony, I think. Though I'm really quite not sure how to handle 'dogfish'.

Had gaming today, also huzzah huzzah. Need to get caught up on my session summaries, if only to make people stop nagging me about them. :}

Section 47: 905 words. 1230 total. Done. ([livejournal.com profile] lstone thinks my narrator sounds like someone who wants to study Jeet Kune Do. Have added the Tao thereof to my book-acquisition obsessive notetaking.)
Section 48: 473 words. Done.
The eighth six is done and sent to [livejournal.com profile] brooksmoses. Huzzah, huzzah.

Total for today: 1378. Now that's more like it. None-oCount: 5298. Clearly I need November to be sixty-six days long.

Bed now. See friends tomorrow. Go movies, dinner, howl at the moon.

Since your lifestyle is housewife and struggling writer, clearly they're going to provide you with tools to ease the housework and speed the writing.

Dogfish, hm, I think that's a kind of shark. Lemon juice or white wine, I think.

Indeed, or perhaps both the lemon juice and the white wine. And possibly a little salt and white pepper....

Unfortunately, she doesn't eat seafood.

Huzzah, indeed; I look forward to reading them.

Yay, statuary! :) I'd like to read that thread about the lunar eclipse, but I haven't been able to access Kemet Online at all for over 2 weeks; a "Cannot find server" page always comes up. I assumed the boards were down, but maybe it's just my computer being weird. Mrr.
