Okay, today wasn't as utterly unproductive a day as it felt like it was while I was having it.

1,262 words (and that would be section 33). Need to figure out 34.

Cleaned up after untidy cats. Remembered to renew my prescription and have I mentioned I hate mail-order medications recently? Rar.

Beat a scenario or two in Pharaoh. Watched the Sox clinch the Wild Card; offered

yehoshua a bribe.

Remembered to eat; not only did I remember to eat I cleaned out some leftovers. And gave

gwynyth the recipe.

Did laundry which needed doing, also by special request of

teinedreugan. Need to fetch that and bring it upstairs when I go up to bed.

Managed to remember to use the phrase "wolf in black sheep's clothing".

Didn't, however, manage to figure out how to fix what I'm pretty sure would be a really godawful depressive downturn if I weren't on the vitamins. Bitched about it instead. Channeling Marvin. Maybe I can cheer myself up by wandering around doing my impression of his walking noise.

The novel is the work. ;) But yeah, you called it. I try to post my daily word counts regularly so that when I don't get work done for a while it's obvious to the casual observer and it embarasses me into getting my act together. Sometimes it even works.
