It means "singer of the coiled serpent." Banu was kind enough to translate singer as "Hesyt" for me, and I found "mhn" in Hornung. Curiously enough, another friend had an old book about the Egyptian Gods and it had "Mehen" listed as both ouroborous and a Goddess whole coils protected Re's solar barque. Was thrilled to finally find a Kemetic name that worked. :)
