Mostly recovered from cold; still doing occasional expulsions of goop but I'm back on my regular meds which should help with some of the things that I'm dealing with. (Regular meds include support for dealing with fatigue so a week off them is sure a thing.)

Received notification that my chair cushion has shipped and ought to be here Friday, which is very exciting, I look forward to having a chair. I expect Slick will be happy with it too, as he stopped spending much time in my room when the chair went away before. (Papasans are cat heaven.) This means I will have a chair before I need to be sitting at that computer specifically to teach religious education.

About a fifth of the applying rocks to house has been done. Hooray rocks.

Preschool teachers are all excited about possibly reading "The Company Store"? And possibly "Of Winter and Other Seasons", I mentioned that too. Also I got a compliment about it on the tweeters.

Teine gave me a solid comment on the story I'm tinkering with that hits the place I feel it's weak and I am still chewing on whether I can fix it effectively. He thinks it is a small fix but I am sort of in the 'maybe if I look at this in a few days I will see how to do it' state.

I am pretty sure I had something else to say but nope, gone now, byebye!

The black cats are both a bit nippy in that 'possibly weaned a bit young' way but we're working on it; it tends to be 'rubface, rubface, gentlegnaw' with them. Robin's major peril - aside from being a Very Demanding Boy - is drooling, though he does a bit less of that since he had half his teeth pulled.
