It was a nice rejection letter, mind, of the "I liked the premise and some things but didn't quite get hooked" variety, which is nicely personalised for a Big Name Magazine honestly.
It's still a weary thing after awhile, and I hope at least that particular story can stop doing the rounds from having gone to dwell in a publishing queue more soon than late.
