I joined homebrewing earlier today after a chance encounter with it cropping up in my friendsfriends from community_promo. Got to talking a little about mead and brewing with rose petals.

I found this rose metheglin recipe.

Okay, I know what I'm doing next summer, when my roses bloom . . . .
