Need to assemble my stuff for the trip to Pantheacon, which is mostly foundering on a vast sea of meh.

Got the new ISP out to install their internetty goodness today, so may stop being enraged by having the connection go out every time the phone rings.

Ramping up my oil cap intake in an attempt to control the unstable biology of my stress/anxiety/depression response, on the principle that it can't hurt.

Figured out how to not burn the hell out of popcorn on the goddamn electric stove last night.

Trying not to be too crazy.

I grew up doing popcorn on an electric stove. It mostly required constant monitoring and being very fast.

"DSL dies when phone rings" is a phone company problem, usually, not an ISP one. There's probably a line test unit in the box on the outside of the house, which the phone company can check for-- line test units make the DSL go all no-op every time the phone rings.

(Been here, done this, at Delta House.)
