A friend of mine is selling his bottom-half-of-a-house in Somerville. I'd be happy to put you in touch.

We've found quite a number of houses in the area we're looking (which does not include Somerville), most of which are not useful to us. We have put in an offer on one, which was rejected. We will be putting in another offer today or tomorrow.

Closing on our extant house is Friday, at which point we will be houseless and crashing with partners.
