I dreamed I was stage managing a theatrical production of the movie Labyrinth. Only it wasn't based on the movie, it was based on a novel by Peter S. Beagle. And I was writing the script frantically while we were rehearsing and flipping through the book in between scenes, and we were arguing about whether the gate into Faerie was properly representative of the scene and whether we needed another strange circular door. Also, Sara was played by
briar_pipe and David Bowie was played by my brother. (Who doesn't look as much like a glam rocker these days because last I saw him he hadn't frosted his hair recently. But still.)

teinedreugan got me Children of the Nile. Shiny shiny shiny. I still haven't got the hang of its minutiae, unfortunately, but that just means I need to fiddle with it until it works! (It also means that the fact that my computer's still in the shop doesn't matter as much.)
Need to figure out if I'm going to be putting together that god writeup for
rosemush.

Once you've played it for a little while, I'd be interested in impressions - I was thinking that it looked fun, and I don't think I'll be buying Kohan: Kings of War. (Though I still haven't finished Riven; should do that.)
