Cirque Report

If I were to say "Ah, the poignant, oft-frustrated romance between the net guy and the lizard", would you all look at me funny? Even if I clarified with, "You know, the net guy, with the feathers? Turned into a dragon at the end?"

Also answered, the age-old question: how many clowns does it take to change a light bulb?




(I don't have the brains available to write a coherent Cirque report. I had a lengthy conversation with teinedreugan about the interactions between my reactions to it and my current outsider's perception of Feri, though.)

I think she's actually supposed to be a caterpillar.

There were a lot of lizards. It was overall quite saurian. And she looked like a lizard to me.

We spent some time on the way back having a conversation something like, "I think she was the lizard." "Yeah. Because otherwise the plot doesn't make sense."

She is supposed to be a caterpillar, because she turns into something beautiful at the end.

That said, I also think she looks like a lizard - a baby dragon, basically. :)
