My basil is blooming! (Though I've trimmed the flowers off; keshwyn pointed out that if it sets seed it may decide its biological destiny is fulfilled and die on me, and this is a houseplant that's actually thriving for once.)

(I think I'm mostly packed. Can't find the book I was reading. Er. The fiction book I was reading. Packed all the basic stuff I need for Rite; going to try to do the Daily Rite daily while I'm south.)

Also, I found some art.




Ah, teinedreugan's home. And he found my book. Packing up now.

Aw. Lovely Lennon. Spiffy picture, too. (It always amazes me how big the two of them are. I still have this mental image of them as scrawny no-longer-quite kittens.)

I am going to be away in Budapest for Seventh Day next week, so I am also going to have to figure out how to make the rite portable (not to mention "inoffensive to customs officials whose language I do not speak and who will never have heard of B'nai Noach.")
