I've gotten to play the rampaging goat. This is tremendously entertaining. (For those people who played with me on the Dreaming: the rampaging goat is what my brain generated when I was contemplating what Amalthea and Emerus's firstborn might be like. He's got her looks and his temperament, and everything looks like a nail 'cause he has a hammer.)

[livejournal.com profile] meranthi and [livejournal.com profile] thastygliax's daughter continues utterly gorgeous. Currently practicing vowels. (We had 'ah', 'eh', and some schwas.)

[livejournal.com profile] keshwyn gave me a gorgeous candle-holder: a glass(?) lotus, blue and purple. It will become a centrepiece of my altar when I have formal altar-space (as opposed to the covered shelf that I'm currently using as a makeshift naos). I may have to find little yellow candles to put in its centre (rather than normal white tea candles) to make the duplication of the sacred lotus even better, but it's just such a perfect image even without it, with the light emanating from the flower. Zep Tepi meditation, anyone?

I heard from [livejournal.com profile] diagonti for the first time in ages. And he has an LJ, thus me being able to refer to him by username. So many of the people I love are on LJ now and thus sort of vaguely in touch. Mmm.

(Speaking of people I love dearly who are on LJ, has anyone heard from [livejournal.com profile] donperros lately? *looks intently at [livejournal.com profile] larksdream, who actually posts sometimes ;)*)

Been working. Haven't been posting wordcounts. Bad bird. No biscuit. Off to work some more now!

Heh. I was at a ballgame today-- my Sacramento Rivercats beat the Salt Lake City Stingers, as far as I know, since I left late in the 9th and it was 6-2-- which caused me to think fondly of you and Kviri and Keshwyn and Yeho, but caused me to not reply to any email.

Zep Tepi every day, eh wot?

I believe the lotus is made out of shell that's been dyed blue - it sounded like shell and not glass when I tinked it with a fingernail.

I'm glad you like it. :) Perhaps now you needn't ph34r when I say I found a thing that had your name on it.

[livejournal.com profile] donperros is alive and well. Bright-eyed, bushy-tailed, and allied with the lovely [livejournal.com profile] telixen.
