We'll see if I had a one-day migraine that fled before mighty Tylenol and sleep, or whether it's merely waiting for the evening to return like they've been doing lately. (For values of 'lately' of 'the last few years'.)
Fun with migraines!
If you suffer from insomnia, close your eyes and try to make patterns out of your visual hallucinations! Just like finding zoo animals in clouds, but within the comfort of your own home! Now in colour!
(I did find myself muttering about how the visual hallucinations were there whether or not I had my eyes open; the lighting was such that it was actually hard to tell from observation which was the case. Unfortunately, I do not have a naked wife to interrupt visions, and perhaps that only works on angels.)

It was a pretty nifty kaleidoscope effect, really. Though the only animal-shape I got out of it was a thunderbird image.
