made pile of stuff I need to pack
gotten bag to pack it in
made soup to bring to potluck
made cake
mended peacock robe
flirted with arawen (if that's what they're calling it nowadays)
agreed to get Ima as well as queenofhalves at Manchester
got pillow
put on socks -- briefly -- because immediately after doing so I stepped in a puddle which is only extremely annoying when wearing socks
taught laurelinde's phone number to the cellphone

pack bag
depart
get potables on the way
get some cash
pick up queenofhalves
pick up Ima
get to hotel and hook up with laurelinde
