Dayful of useless revelations

- commands for tinyfugue run much better if I type them in the terminal window, not the WIP.
- if I keep hitting 'play over' on "I Had a Good Time" perhaps I should just set iTunes to the Boston playlist and spare that neuron the effort.
- Arthur doesn't understand what pointing means; he seems to be of the opinion that it means 'sniff this hand'.
- I can quote fragments of Illuminatus! from merely knowing the context.
- if I turn up the sound on my headphones enough, I don't really notice teinedreugan snoring. But playing Minesweeper with the headphones set to 'stereo' at the same time is really awfully surreal, since it sounds like the explosions are coming from inside my head.
- I don't actually want to eat the cheese, I'm just obsessed with it because we have some.
- I forget what day it is very easily on weekends teinedreugan has class. Not that I remember what day it is the rest of the week.
- Samurai Jack should never be allowed to contemplate Egypt again, even if he does have a remarkable ability to read hieroglyphs for a time-blurped samurai. Nobody ever gets Set right in pop culture.
- trying to explain why Album 1700 was a major part of my deeptape requires that I unpack significant bits of Cyteen.

175 words. (Well I'm taking my time, just moving on, don't forget about me after I've been gone. . . .) Not much progress, but at least it was some progress in amongst my profound distraction.

It's been such a long time. I think I should be going.

Oh, I half-saw that one. (I think I listened to it while doing something else.) With the drugs.

Nah, it wasn't that bad. It was standard Minions Of Evil Boom Destruction End Of The World If Ever Released. The only part of it that seemed at all accurate was the sha-beast heads on the Minions Of Evil, but some of their weaponry might have been interpolated from something historical.

I probably couldn't do large portions of it -- annwyd may have just been looking to quote something particularly memorable.

I should probably reread it at some point. I know where our copy is. That or finish Schroedinger's Cat . . . which I'm less sure I know where is, actually, so nix that.

I find this amusing. Muff seems to think that pointing is something to be ignored. I love cats...so much amusement.
