Spent a portion of the evening discussing with [livejournal.com profile] annwyd the Fool's Journey (of the Tarot) as it relates to the history of the Jews. I'm not sure quite whose fault this was, probably one of those sudden concatenations of thought for which blame must be shared, but it was a really cool idea. (Especially when she suggested that Abram is the Fool and Abraham the Magician.) I hope she keeps playing with it. Not that this is, y'know, a hint or anything.

Section 91 has a bit over 400 words in it, written in three or four sessions over the past, what, week? Sigh. Not very productive. Probably because I'm going through one of those severe depressive patches for a number of reasons, some environmental, some other. Also probably because trying to write from the POV of a character who is not really quite certain whether or not he's alive is somewhat difficult. He keeps changing his mind.

Things would probably be easier if I could sleep for more than a little bit at a time. And that would be easier if Arthur didn't keep jumping up on the bed with a red twisty from the milk and chasing it around until I fling it into the hall for him to kill.
