Arnica!! *claps with approval* It's excellent for poultices and cutting down on bruising. When I had surgery for my deviated septum over the summer, arnica was indeed my friend. ;) (the stuff I had was called arnica montana, but I don't know if there are different species of arnica)
I used to have really interesting, random dreams, but nowadays I can't remember any of them.
