These are the cats the Egyptians domeseticated cats from to keep mice out of their granaries. But I'm still in the dark as to what lilairen's up to...

Closer to 'the cats that domesticated themselves'. Keeping mice out of granaries is a cushy deal.

In West Africa they had royal python cults attached to the granaries instead.
