I absolutely blame ivy for this joke that happened to me and wouldn't let go of my brain until I actually assembled it properly.

Spent large chunk of the day with arawen, which included a trip to the grocery store for yoghurt, picking up bamboo shoots with special sauce (which I haven't had for months, in part because I had so much of this dish I burned out on it), and, after some discussion of the nature of the Animaniacs, watching Animal Crackers (which he fell asleep to at about the point the plot sort of goes sploink, but hey, it stops making quite so much sense there ...). (Ace a spades. Ace a spades ....)

My garden has thus far produced three strawberries, of which I have eaten two. (arawen had the other one.) I may have to go buy lettuce seedlings, though, as the sprouts appear to have vanished.

Having Feynman's QED lectures in the downstairs bathroom mostly inclines me to doing even more muttering, "It's all done with quantum" under my breath than I was already.

Meh. Must take out the trash and stuff like that.
