Some time ago - probably several years by now -
elisem posted a thread of shinies on Twitter that had not had stories or poems associated with them. My brain snagged on several of the pieces, though I have long since lost the thread and thus have not returned to any of the other ideas, but I wrote a piece based on the necklace "From or Belonging to the Spring People".
I then shared it with
elisem and started submitting it places.
Eight submissions later, according to the Grinder, it has found a home at Underland Arcana.
(I did not make a cryptic nonpost about this acceptance, apparently.)
This is a story about fairies intruding into human spaces in a slice-of-lifey sort of outsider perspective way, their political struggles, and a museum curator who has to deal with the fallout.
