I cannot help but feel that running a gaming scenario in which one of the players thought the most sensible thing he could do at one point was talk to some moss demonstrates that I have achieved some fundamental victory state.
Me: "Fyodor [party NPC for this adventure] is looking at you like you're someone who just spent five minutes talking to moss."
Other player: "GABRIEL IS JOINING HIM IN THIS ACTIVITY."
Me: "Fyodor [party NPC for this adventure] is looking at you like you're someone who just spent five minutes talking to moss."
Other player: "GABRIEL IS JOINING HIM IN THIS ACTIVITY."

(It informed the player "I grow beneath", "this is not where I usually grow", and that it basically had been pushed over and out of where it usually grows and fell to where it is. I feel that this was very informative, for moss.)

(His reaction to "this is not where I usually grow" was basically a round of "YES I KNOW THAT THAT IS WHY I AM INVESTIGATING YOU", given that he was basically in a dark tunnel of a mineshaft at the time so why was there this patch of green moss?!)
