That's lovely, thanks for sharing. (I read a bunch about Irish Imbolc traditions today, so the candles were timely even if we're not there yet. But apparently food donation is a historical thing, not just a modern retconning, and I'm going to have a guest then who can cook, so I am totally investigating whether my local homeless shelters take homemade food donations....)
