While we're dreaming, more house stuff that I have on my "to defer" (possibly forever) list: - Sheds! A woodshed and a Reeds Ferry shed. - A really nice jungle gym out back - Slate floors in the sunroom and mudroom (with radiant heat!) - A fireplace insert, and some sort of stove for heat in the sunroom - A deck off the sunroom, over the slanty part of the yard - Really nice exterior house and yard lights (with granite posts) - An eco-friendly health-friendly sectional sofa - Nice TV / surround sound setup in the basement for movies - Cosmetic work - first the living room, and eventually pull down all the wallpaper that was painted over and paint properly - Replace the front door, and eventually the garage door - Revise all of the crazy electric stuff and stop the crazy pinging of the heating system - Get propane so we can have a gas stove (I don't care too much, but I know others do) - Really nice pots and pans and dishes. And a Vita-Mix.
