Actually, the last two weeks have been kind of "I think I want to mail me to Patagonia" due to KJ giving up sleep for New Year's and having to be retaught the fine art of the snooze. (With some success, but not enough success to put her down in the crib successfully as of yet.)

(At least not for anything other than playtime, as rolling-about-in-the-crib-gleefully time is among the best things ever, along with jars, spoons, toes, [livejournal.com profile] artan_eter, grocery stores, stealing glasses off faces, and Arthur.)

In any case, a parcel arrived today from [livejournal.com profile] kviri and [livejournal.com profile] frozencapybara.

It contined ...

This.

In other baby-related stuff, a couple of videos are up on this YouTube channel I set up for those people who would like to see live-action KJ.

In baby vs. Arthur news, she was sitting and playing with a jar on the couch and Arthur crawled into my lap. This led to her caaaarefully picking up the tip of his tail, thoughtfully sucking on it, and letting go with an expression of vague distaste. As one might expect from a cat of his known wit and acumen, he did not notice.

(He noticed last night when she nommed him on the ear; the dampness was sufficient that he shook off the baby spit and splattered me mightily.)

Yay, I semi-conspired successfully. (Truss asked me for your address and I kinda had to go "Yeah, I think that's it." ;)

...wait, didn't you ask me for [livejournal.com profile] lilairen's address a few months ago? This seems oddly, yet entertainingly, circular. :)

Cute baby! I love the smile and the way she raises her eyebrows. :)

Rowan liked teething on Jasmine's flesh. Jasmine thought that was just fine because the here-to-fore ignorant baby was finally paying attention to her. Now, she hides in blankets to get away from the overactive two-year-old.
