For lack of anything better to do, here's a first songlines thing. Everyone else is doing 32 in a row, but I got distracted by a shiny object (and releasing the Wrath of Sarge) so I just did 22, skipping instrumentals, which I was getting a lot of.

So, on to the game.

Well, that's only fair -- your doing of this quiz ended up with [livejournal.com profile] lilairen playing Cruxshadows ... or, no, wait, VNV Nation. But not that far different.

I might have to try this just to see what out of the 6700 my pod comes up with....

2) I'm Happy Just to Dance With You - The Beatles
7) Dam at Otter Creek - Live (haven't thought of that song in some time, kinda scares me that I got this)
9) Helplessly Hoping - CSN
21) Sunshine of Your Love - Cream

Actually, it was when I stopped guessing. I was all "I know that one! I think it's off Wishfire!" and then I played the first couple lines of the most likely-sounding songs off Wishfire (i.e. not the ones I could remember the first lines of off the top of my head) and none of them were right. And then I sang the song to myself until I got to a bit that had the title in it, which was really much more efficient.

I knew I knew the words, but it took me a bit to figure out the rhythm for Otter Creek. It's a crapshoot though, any other night and it might have stayed stuck on the tip of my tongue.

No. 5 is Chumbawumba's "On Ebay." And that's all I got, but the others all make me want to go download them, just b/c the opening lyrics sound cool. :)
