My dreams are weird lately.

Last night's featured running into miz_evolution in a bike shop in my standard dreamscape city (which was claiming to be Montreal, but really, it wasn't) and discussing subway routes, the open air market, and where the red light district was.

Ooh, you have a standard dreamscape city too? Mine pretends to be Arnhem, but it has the old railway station of Amsterdam with added platforms. And in my dreams I'm forever trying to leave it.

Mine pretends to be all kinds of things, depending on its mood. I hadn't been in this bit of it before, but looking at it I can go, "Oh, if I went over that way I'd wind up on the steep bit of hill that swoops around to the corner of the university".

I hadn't known it had a subway either, but of course it has a subway; everywhere I've lived has a subway.
