I really hope this is just me being overwhelmed at cross-country travel and it goes away when that's all dealt with, because otherwise this weekend is going to be mad entertaining in the bad way.

I haven't gotten any of the stuff I need to get done done yet, which doesn't help. And since my sleep schedule is still completely horked, I will probably just be getting my sleep on the plane at this point.

    • Get registration letter ready to send to [livejournal.com profile] queenofhalves.

I'm almost at the point of asking you to include some of the supplies from [livejournal.com profile] elfwreck's recent posts under "Widget maintenance", for purposes of dealing with this dratted laptop if it doesn't start behaving better.

Meh.

Oh, and other "requisite clothes" -- it's been raining a lot here lately, and appears that it's going to continue to do so. Thus, raincoat is likely to be useful. And also warmish clothes for not getting chilled when outside in cool very-damp weather.

Sounds like a reasonably concise packing list, anyhow.

This comment rocks. Just saying.

It made both me and Jay snerk.

(It also applies to the weather out here.)

ROTFL!

"Cold enough to see your breath" is damn cold if you live out here!

Well, if it helps

Due to massive mood swings and sickness, the apartment is a complete disaster. Some additional cleaning may happen tonight if I'm feeling better, but should probably not count too heavily on it.

I'm pretty much over "Aggh! Guest's (you) coming, must clean so she won't think I'm a bad housekeeper." thing. I guess I outgrew that one. Instead its "Aggh! This apartment is driving me nuts! I need to walk!"

*hygges* Love you. I'm sorry I won't be able to meet you at the airport, and I'm also sorry that I won't be apologizing for the state of disarray. Love you, and I'm really looking forward to seeing you.
