Anyway: elfwreck is working on organising a formal Discordian church, and is seeking out those who might wish to associate themselves with such a thing.

elfwreck is delightful people and runs a wonderful Discordian ritual, as rmjwell noticed at the most recent PantheaCon as we processed around him with our gourds. So if you're inclined to support an organised disorganisation of Eris freaks, I say vote elfwreck and the Fifth Trinity Church.

There must be something in the air. I was walking across campus today, and there was one of the prosletyzers that we get sometimes standing at the head of the plaza and going on about the things that the prosletyzers go on about (and with his own disconcerting addition: a vague self-conscious laugh after the phrases about how without Christ's sacrifice everyone would have been damned to hell for their inevitable sins), and I had a very strong urge to print out a copy of some salient bits of the Principia and read them as counterpoint.
