I'm not going to Maryland tomorrow after all; Dad's surgery has been postponed. Apparently his EKG shows some irregularities and they want him to get checked out by a cardiologist first. So one frets gently in the corner. But I may be sane by the time he gets rescheduled to; we'll see how it goes. I'm hoping to at minimum be better slept (as I completely botched my sleep check last night and came up with nuffin').

On a brighter and slightly more piercing note, the Enter the Haggis CD that [livejournal.com profile] brooksmoses got me arrived today. Thank you, love.

Hope things do go well with your dad and the rescheduling and stuff. And with being more sane.

I'm glad to hear the CD got there, and that you're enjoying it.

geez, what is it with sleep and last night? I didn't sleep either (the doctor messed up the date on my Ambien scrip and they wouldn't fill it), and neither did three other people on my friendslist. Weird.

*raises hand* Me, too. And when I finally did go to bed in the morning, I missed my American Intellectual History class...gah. Too exhausted.

[livejournal.com profile] lilairen, I hope all goes well with your dad!

*gently offered hugs* I hope things go as well as they can. I'll be holding all of you in my thoughts for the forseable future.

Or, as my fingers insisted on typing FOUR times, the fugure. Of course that makes about as much sense as the "forseable" future. I am not psychic.

But I will be sending goodthoughts, and many prayers.
