I think I'm marginally ill again. Cannot run process "pregnancy" and process "immune system" to maximum efficiency without RAM upgrade.
Primary effect of the moment is that I need to de-Poe my right ear, for it is so congested that I cannot escape the sound of heartbeat.
(Also, y'know, fatigue, blood clots from sinuses, sore throat, and goo. But it's the Poeing that's really bugging me.)
