I have been a good bird and gone and voted. Though I got a bit lost; the polling place was in a different area than I'm used to. It was pointed out that the normal place we vote wasn't available due to the High Holidays. (To which my response was a resounding "Oh! Duh!")

thastygliax of course needs to see the dancing karaoke Cthulhu. (Though I can't make him work. So sad.)

There's a cat curled up at the foot of the couch looking warm and peaceful and nose-under-paw. I envy him. I need to get myself together and do the things that are nagging at me as not-done. So . . . mightily . . . meh.

Did someone get the plate number on the emotional steamroller that hit me?

This was not the day to learn that it's not actually physically possible to take a bath in the house at the moment.

I have no idea if the ambiguous response I got in ritual is the answer I get or due to the fact that I completely bollixed things up. Aside from 'you do need to do this more often', which I knew already.
