Wow, it's been lovely-thunderstormy all day. A bit this morning/afternoon, and now tonight, so I turn the lights off and just watch the show. Boom! Flinging Osiris to earth all in pieces . . . I was leaning over the back of the couch and watching the lightning and listening to the thunder rumbling, and in my nostrils was the scent of damp, fertile earth . . .

Also, teinedreugan scared the bejeezus out of me. (Mutter mutter "exaggerated startle reflex" mutter mutter diagnostic criteria mutter.)
