And now 1429, and I think I'm done with this chapter, which is a new record, at least for this project; 3665 words in three days. I need to prod at bits of it before sending it to brooksmoses, though; I'm not sure I'm happy with this bit of dialogue.

And I know how the next chapter starts; I think I'll write a little on that so I don't get chapter-break stuck.

the best advice i have ever read about writing dialogue (and who knows, you may have heard this before) is to read all of your dialogue outloud. preferably with other's doing the other parts of the dialogue.
