Okay, I got the nice snuggling with
teinedreugan and
brooksmoses (in sequence, with sequential frustration).
I got another fender-bender car accident, which is probably my subconscious working through that.
I got a tremendous row with
keshwyn; the bow and arrows are probably explicable via her Semtek character, but I can't explain the helicopter at all. That was apparently excessively angstful in the dream due to a weird communication glitch.
I got a visit to a tchotchke store that apparently has several bits that close earlier than the bit that I got into (which was closing at the time), and thus a very interesting sort of plant (looked like a forsythia except for having rich brownish flowers in several colours). And a beaded silk scarf, or something, which was 17.50 but they gave a discount because one of the strings holding the beads on broken when I picked it up. And several other plants, but elsewhere.
I got my old cat Misty curled up in the front passenger side footwell.
And I got Arthur scrubbing a blue spot off the floor of my father's kitchen (I think it was
teinedreugan's and my kitchen, actually, but it had the same tiling and cabinet arrangement of Dad's) because he was very vigorously killing a scrubber pad sponge right where the spot was.
Back in the real world, I find the sirens outside inexplicable; they sound like they've circled the block. (
teinedreugan, we do have a sort of block, right?) They've gone now, at least.
My plants still haven't arrived. A watched postman never boils.
(Addendum: Sirens explained. Street cleaning day.)
