I am still a sorry excuse for a mammal; this temperature regulation thing is beyond me.
Speaking of non-mammalia, Kunda shed, and it was his first perfect shed since we got him. (Though the last one was pretty good.) Yay humidifier.

pnh had a journal earlier today, and from there realised that Making Light and Electrolite both have RSS feeds to LJ. Which is fantastic, because I kept meaning to read them, and kept meaning to check to see if there was an RSS feed that would mean that I'd actually do so on a regular basis, and didn't actually manage to rub the neurons together to see if such existed.
735 words today, which is not half bad. (Plus minor edits in previous stuff in this chapter.) Andoneironaut is brilliant in helping me find words. I had a lovely time writing culture clash on the subject of long-term partnerships, and that really really is the perfect word the more I think of it. I radiate the satisfied affection of writerly afterglow.
