Not a mighty mighty hunter, but accomplished nonetheless. And even not excessively distractable.

Failed to find anything I wanted in the tchotchke shop.

Acquired cloth and ribbon to work on an altar cloth. Forgot to get thread; will muddle through. Was seduced briefly by the remnants section and picked up a niftily patterned piece of heavy cotton and a yard of eyesearingly hot pink silk. Because . . . it was there, and I have poor impulse control and a tolerant husband.

Then we went to Home Despot in search of 36" stair treads and miscellaneous other stuff. Came out of it with: masking tape, a rake, 2.5" screws, drain cleaner, and a jasmine plant. I find this satisfyingly eclectic.

Grocery store produced supplies for what wound up being fairly successful experimental food. Though as I was preparing it I was somewhat preoccupied with the magnitude of its inappropriateness for the Passover season. (The fact that I get thoughts like this despite being exceptionally not Jewish entertains me.)

Got a purple/36 sword drop with my elf hunter while tidying my quest list on her. 10 dps improvement over the axe I had before, plus funky side effects. (No stat bonuses, the axe was +7 agility, but one can't have everything. Where would one put it?) Thanks again to sstaten and jenett for dealing with shoulder-deep in gorillas, and I want to see that screenshot!

Set erispope on the pursuit of rainbow oil lampage, for her retail skills are mighty.

And my copy of Middle Egyptian arrived.

No writing achieved, but I wrote about a kiloword yesterday.

The hunting was good today.
