Dear AT&T Local: if you cannot grasp that you have called me repeatedly, already, in the last day, why should I expect that a change to your service would be a pleasant improvement? Fortunately, your response to "I want you people to stop calling me" was slightly less stuttery and confused than your response to "I received this phone call already this morning."
