So I bottled off some of the cyser (as per a previous entry, as I may be giving some away tomorrow). And as I finished off the bottle, I spilt a little on the webbing of my hand, and sucked it off, because, well, that's what one does.
Good stuff.
So I drew off a glassful for Kevin and me to split.
He's surprised at how good it is. Hell, so am I.
It's mellowed enough that it tastes like a mead, too. A couple weeks ago it was sharp and tasted like a straight cider.

all of my home-brewing has been beer... although I have a keg of 5-year-old barleywine still in storage, most of it is gone.
Cheers!

I may have to talk to my cousin (who brews beer) when I move up north towards where he is. Is there anything resembling a recipie for this, or is it just a thingy? I know next to nothing about brewing, but what I do know makes me more curious.
