Picture of snow under the front door.Last night, I dreamed of building igloos. I think I'm allowed.

[livejournal.com profile] teinedreugan went out to shovel; note the large dent in the snowfall. Lennon, the one of the cats who Must Always Go Out, tried the whole Going Out thing. He went in up to his chest, and thought better of it.

Silly catling.

Remember my December photo from a few months back?

Same scene, slightly different angle:
Buried cars.

The neighbours:
'Nother snow scene.

The front dirt:
Snow. In heaps.

Mmmm. I can't wait to get out there!

Save some of that for me, hmm?

Yeah, there's all the snow that's supposed to be falling out here.

I never thought I'd actually miss snow until I went all winter without any. :(

Exactly! I knew I would miss snow, and winter, and fall, and thunderstorms. . . But I never realized how much.

Now my family thinks I'm nuts and they're jealous of the 65 degree weather I'm having. Silly people.

I admit to having missed having REAL winter, but I didn't miss the air quality in SLC from my time there. (temperature inversions, ICK!)

But I am not in SLC, ha-hah!

I mean, we still get inversions and crappy air and suchlike (I developed asthma after I moved here) but it's a lot worse up there than it is down here.

I'd feel a lot better about the crap that comes with winter if I got some nice pretty snow to look at.

I spent a winter in Vernal. Now THAT is gorgeous winter. And VERY cold. (I loved it)
