And the complexity that there aren't a ton of treatment options for migraine with aura but without pain other than some long-term 'let's reduce triggers' stuff.
(I already recced this to kiya, but my previous doctor had me start on Migrelief, which is a magneisum+B2+feverfew combo. I have discovered recently that no I really do need the pricy version and/or the feverfew actually does something for me, becuase trying the cheaper versions brought back migraines. But it does a lot to keep them manageable except for some weather triggers.)
