You really should, you know, because a lot of wonderful people would be very, very crushed if you did otherwise (I suspect far more than you even imagine), and because it will, really will, get better. And I know enough of this to know that might not feel true, and sometimes even if it does, it doesn't seem like enough.

But time changes all things, and in time, you definitely be in a different emotional place than you are now, and, chances are, one you like a whole lot better.
