Most of what I know about the Kabbalah comes from Foucault's Pendulum (which has a decent, albeit eccentric, explanation of gemmatria) and a couple of gaming books.

I can sympathize with the exhausted feeling. Between stress and allergies and a couple honest-to-Whoever colds, I haven't been sleeping very well for months myself. Finally getting to my 2nd session next week.
